Description

Farm located in the village of Villalba del Alcor, Huelva, around 5 km from the village. It´s included in Climate Unit 4 (Mediterranean with warm sub-humid maritime influence). The farm has an area of 50 ha with rainfed extensive crops in Conservation Agriculture. The typical crop rotation in the area is cereal-leguminous-oilseed. The crop established in the first season is chickpea under no-till farming practices.

The implementation of the three pillars of Conservation Agriculture such as crop rotation, cover soil and non-altered soil, have been implanted for the las 14 years.
